Please contact us through our general phone number or email if you are unsure about the most efficient way to file a complaint or concern. Billing complaints are considered first through your billing service provider and then through the Utilities Consumer Advocate. To submit a formal complaint of a contradiction of approved terms and conditions of service, complete the complaint form describing the issues and email info@auc.ab.ca.
For confidential complaints alleging wrongdoing or misconduct by the companies the AUC regulates, an email can be sent to the AUC general counsel. Please see the AUC Policy for Third Party Complaints for more information prior to sending an email.
