Rules on Costs of Investigations, Hearings, or Other Proceedings Related to Contraventions

Rule 015 applies to the costs of an investigation, hearing, or other proceedings related to contraventions and includes a scale of costs. The Market Surveillance Administrator may apply to the Commission for an order for such costs against the person or company determined to be in contravention.
