Review of Commission Decisions
February 1, 2024
Rule 016 sets out the requirements for a request to review a decision of the AUC and the factors that will be considered when determining whether a review will be granted. An application for a review of a decision must be submitted within 30 days of the issuance of a decision, however the AUC may review a decision on its own motion any time. An application for review must contain the information described in the rule.
Previous versions of this rule and related bulletins can be found in the consultations library. Sort by topic (Rule 016) and by document type to find the information you are looking for.
