The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC), the independent utilities regulator, will be holding a hearing to review the applications and submissions received concerning the TransAlta Sundance Unit 1 and 2 decommissioning costs in Proceeding 23778. The AUC issued a procedural ruling and modified procedural schedule on December 22, 2023.

The AUC will be holding a hearing to review the application and submissions received in Proceeding 23778. The hearing will commence on January 18, 2024, at 10 a.m.
