Conditional Exemption from Specific Financing and Reporting Requirements

Rule 031 sets out conditional exemptions for owners of a utility or a utility holding company from having to obtain AUC approval in advance of initiating certain issuances of equities and long-term debt and from certain operational reporting requirements.
