Rules on Regulatory Audits

​Rule 006 applies to regulatory audits of the financial or operational activities of utilities under the jurisdiction of the AUC​. The rule requires a utility that is being audited to provide access to the information required for purposes of a regulatory audit. The rule also sets out the audit standards to be followed by an auditor and directs the preparation of an audit report.​
